What is tablescaping?

Tablescaping is the intentional design and styling of a table using curated pieces, layered textures, and thoughtful details to create a cohesive, elevated guest experience. It’s not just a table setting, it’s the anchor of the gathering and the tone-setter for everything that follows.

Do you provide full setup and breakdown?

We offer various levels of service to fit your budget. We can drop off clean, carefully packaged tableware and accessories along with setup guides and pickup dirty dishes after your party. We can also provide pre-party styling and set up, then return and break down your tablescape after your party, so you can enjoy your gathering without stressing over those details. If you’d like additional hosting consultation and support, we can take you through the concept, design, execution, and cleanup of your entire event! We’re designed to make hosting feel effortless from start to finish.

Do you really take the dishes?

Yes! It’s one of our favorite parts of what we offer. No matter which level of support you choose, we pack everything up and take it with us so you’re not left with a sink full of dishes at the end of a beautiful night!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend inquiring as soon as you know your date, especially for weekends and holiday seasons. We take a limited number of events to ensure every gathering receives the care and creativity it deserves.

What is your minimum investment?

Because every gathering is custom-designed, investment varies based on guest count, scope, and the level of tablescaping selected. Most clients begin at $250 for tablescaping design and styling. We’ll confirm details and share next steps after your inquiry.

Why do you use vintage and antique pieces?

While much of our collection consists of new pieces and accessories, we take pride in incorporating vintage and antique pieces in our tablescapes. Antique and vintage pieces are beautiful, well made, and full of character. They are timeless, versatile, and oh-so-charming when thoughtfully tablescaped for your celebration. We also believe in sustainability. As dinner parties make a comeback, we don’t want aspiring hosts to feel pressure to constantly buy new trendy mass-produced pieces (the fast-fashion of the table world) only to discard them the following season. Sourcing these pieces and giving them new life brings us so much joy, and keeps disposables out of landfills. Our vintage china is carefully inspected, hand-washed, and verified food safe. Our antique and vintage tableware has lived lives before yours—passed through celebrations, dinners, and moments that meant something. And now, they’re here for your story.
